1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Faithfully Learn ("Service"), operated by Leffel Consulting LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Faithfully Learn is a faith-based learning platform that provides tools for:

  • Creating and publishing learning modules (Creator Studio)
  • Browsing and purchasing learning content (Learning Store)
  • Tracking learning progress and earning certificates
  • Managing organizational curriculum and team learning
  • AI-assisted content creation tools

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information as needed
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans including a free Learner tier and paid Creator and Organization tiers. Features and limitations vary by plan.

4.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. Content and Marketplace

5.1 Creator Content

Creators retain ownership of the content they publish on the Service. By publishing content, you grant us a license to host, display, distribute, and promote that content as necessary to operate the Service and marketplace.

5.2 Content Guidelines

All content published on the Service must:

  • Be faith-based, educational, or related to personal growth
  • Not contain hateful, discriminatory, or harmful material
  • Not infringe on any intellectual property rights
  • Be accurate and not intentionally misleading
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5.3 Marketplace Purchases

Module purchases are final. Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if less than 50% of the module has been completed. We reserve the right to deny refund requests at our discretion.

5.4 Creator Earnings

Creators earn revenue from module sales. Payout amounts, schedules, and any applicable fees are detailed in the Creator Agreement provided upon subscription to the Creator plan.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Share, distribute, or resell purchased content without permission
  • Transmit harmful code or malware
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Create fake accounts or falsely represent your identity
  • Scrape or data-mine content from the platform

7. Intellectual Property

The Service platform, its design, features, and functionality are owned by Leffel Consulting LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Creator content is owned by the respective creators.

8. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect information.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEFFEL CONSULTING LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Leffel Consulting LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Purchased modules and earned certificates may be retained at our discretion.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
