Getting Started
Faithfully Learn is a faith-based learning platform where creators build bite-sized learning modules, and learners discover, purchase, and complete those modules. It features a Creator Studio, Learning Store, progress tracking, certificates, and integration with FaithfullyGiving for church curriculum management.
Visit learn.fgv.church/register and follow the registration process. You'll start with a free Learner account. You can upgrade to Creator or Organization at any time.
Yes! The Learner tier is completely free. You can browse the store, purchase modules, track your progress, and earn certificates without a subscription. Paid plans are available for creators who want to publish modules ($9/month) and organizations that need team management features ($29/month).
Content Creation
With a Creator subscription, you can access the Creator Studio from your dashboard. The intuitive editor lets you add text, images, video, audio, and quiz blocks. Organize content into lessons and sections, preview your work, and publish when ready.
Yes! Creator and Organization plan subscribers can publish modules to the Learning Store with their own pricing. You can also offer free modules. You earn revenue from each sale, and payouts are processed monthly.
Modules can include rich text, images, embedded videos, audio clips, downloadable resources, and interactive quizzes with multiple choice, true/false, and short answer questions. Our AI assistant can also help generate content outlines and quiz questions.
Purchasing
Browse the Learning Store, find a module you're interested in, and click "Enroll" or "Purchase." Free modules can be added to your library instantly. Paid modules require a one-time payment via credit card or debit card.
Yes. If you're unsatisfied with a purchased module, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 50% of the module. Contact our support team to request a refund.
Yes! Once you purchase a module, it's yours to access indefinitely. Even if you don't have a paid subscription, purchased modules remain in your library.
Account & Billing
Go to your account settings and select the plan you'd like. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you'll be billed on a monthly basis. You can downgrade at any time.
If you cancel your Creator subscription, you'll retain access through the end of your billing period. After that, you'll revert to the free Learner tier. Your published modules will remain in the store and you'll continue to earn revenue, but you won't be able to create new modules until you resubscribe.
Technical
Faithfully Learn works on any modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). We also offer native apps for iOS and Android for the best mobile experience. Your progress syncs automatically across all devices.
Yes! With the mobile app, you can download modules for offline access. Your progress will sync automatically when you reconnect to the internet.
Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption (256-bit SSL) for all data transmission. Your information is hosted on secure Microsoft Azure infrastructure, and payment processing is PCI-compliant. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
