Common questions and answers
Getting Started
Visit learn.fgv.church/register and follow the registration process. You'll start with a free Learner account that gives you access to the Learning Store, progress tracking, and certificates.
Browse the Learning Store from your dashboard. You can search by topic, category, or keyword. Click on any module to see details, reviews, and pricing. Free modules can be enrolled in instantly; paid modules require a one-time purchase.
Content Creation
Upgrade to the Creator plan ($9/month) from your account settings. Once upgraded, you'll have access to the Creator Studio where you can build and publish learning modules. You can also sell your modules in the Learning Store.
When learners purchase your modules, you earn revenue from each sale. Set your own prices and track earnings from your analytics dashboard. Payouts are processed monthly to your connected payment method.
Account & Security
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
Absolutely. Faithfully Learn uses bank-level encryption (256-bit SSL) for all data transmission. Payment processing is PCI-compliant, and your data is hosted on secure Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
